Alzheimer's/Dementia Support Team

The Alzheimer's Society is one of the largest charities in the UK supporting families who live not just with Alzheimer's, but with all forms of dementia.

They very kindly provide us with support workers who hold clinics at Cherry Hinton Medical Centre & Queen Edith Medical Practice.

They primarily provide support and advice for carers of people suffering with dementia.

Patients looking to be seen by the support team should speak with their GP.
