In simple terms, wellbeing means feeling good about yourself and the world around you.
Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social wellbeing. It affects how we think, feel, and act.
Addiction refers to repetitive behaviour which is maintained despite knowing the risk associated with it. Individuals may be addicted to many things, such as smoking, solvents, shopping. The most common addictions and to alcohol and other drugs.

Individuals might identify with a different gender identity. Gender dysphoria refers to the uncomfortable feeling experienced due to the discrepancy between biological sex and gender identity. Often this can cause distress and subsequently have an effect on many aspects of life. On the other hand, individuals that have undergone gender re-assignment might find it difficult to navigate different aspects of life. Relationships refer to an aspect where two or more people might feel connected. Relationships can refer to those that are romantic, parental, work etc. Certain relationships might be harder to navigate than others. Money management can be saving, spending, and budgeting money. As a student, this might be the first time in your life where you have had to spend money appropriately to maintain your lifestyle. This may prove difficult for those that have tighter budgets or those who lack experience. Click below for some information.
